• lead a packaging recyclability testing lab
• go-2 person for packaging recyclability topics for customers, associations and cross sbu
• actively contribute in improving internal and external processes to keep highest credibility / implement new analyses / process according to law, industry and safety standards
• stay up to date in recyclability regulations and implement in testing capabilities and processes
• training and coaching of customers and internal stakeholders

your skills

• master or phd in material science, circular economy, process engineering, chemistry or similar
• profound knowledge in recyclability and certification in the packaging industry
  
• leading and developing people with passion
  
• strong technical expert with several years of experience in lab analyses work and management
  
• high seniority skills in consulting and recyclability discussions with customers, associations and internally
  
• ability to analyze and understand complex contexts in detail and to communicate in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
  
• ability to take the initiative and high degree of flexibility
  
• open to travel to customers and industry partners within eu
  
• digital skills and mindset
  
• fluent english and german language skills
